The alienation, the feeling of 'i don't quite fit in', is palpable and poignant in this moving photograph of a disturbingly inelegant fence separating us, the viewers, from the mundane obsolete manufacturing equipment beyond. To say that i am offset a bit by this visual sideswipe would be a flagrant indulgence of understatement.
